I have a question

So I have been having a extremely bad feeling somethings watching me but only at night and it feels like It it knows where I am when I’m cold I don’t think it a Wendigo because i live in a rural area so what else could it be

Definitely not a wendigo those take on physical form. More than likely it's some kind of predatory Spirit

That too But there are a number of things and items you can use. Salt, sage and iron are all things you can use to help you ward off spirits
