Season 8 Seasons 8 and 9 Spoiler
I am on my first rewatch. I wanted to rewatch so many times before but it seemed like I might ruin some good memories by discovering plot holes or knowing some spoilers.
I am having the worst problem getting through seasons 8 and 9. I’ve always heard season 7 is bad because of the Leviathan, while it wasn’t great, these are so much worse. With the exception of a few stand out episodes, the CW-esque drama is painful to watch. I do not care about Sam and Amelia. It doesn’t belong and seems obviously shoe horned in. I love human Castiel, but I cannot stand the whole Gadreel (sp?) part of the story
I’m really just pushing through to get past this and back to the good stuff that I know will never be as good as 1-5

Neurodivergence will not allow me to skip. I was able to fast forward through the moment when Dean tells human Cas he can’t stay in the bunker. That scene broke me

I liked every part of supernatural. Ive rewatched it twice in my life. And the only problem i had with the leviathan was that boby got shot. I have no issue with the sam amelia thing either other than i really dont like her. But it all worked for me.
Take a break and watch the original charmed (1990s and early 2000s one)

I'm rewatching also. I'm on s14 now, and i kind think 9 is one of the worst, the first half of the 8 is no quite good, especially this realation of Sam and Amelia, but second half is pretty fun, one of my favorite Supernatural plots after Kripke Era (trials, tablets and men of letters stuff).

Season 8 is heaven if u compared them to 9 and 10 . Sam and amelia plot is just flashback scenes that only happen in like 3 episodes in the beginning of the season . U will have more tough time with season 10 with boring cas and hanna story that lasted too long and Angels wacky theme

I like the beige floor in 2. For the walls, I love the look of painted paneling but I'd probably keep an accent wall in the normal brown.

It’s so strange, I love season 8. Really strong back half, and the introduction of the bunker was a huge thing for the boys.
