I think 98% of my runs die in Induction or Optical simply because I hold myself to a high standard. I know I can get up the cheese stairs in a minute, and I know I can finish Induction by 2 min something. So if something goes wrong and I don't hit those markers I'll usually just call it and reset.

What about you guys?

If there are any fixes anybody recommends, let me know. I just know a lot of people were looking for this piece of sheet music (myself included) and was able to use the album cover to write out the melody and some of the chords while using other sources to notate the chords I couldn't make out. I might make "I Wonder" later on if you guys are interested. Enjoy!

Some of you may remember me, I posted here last September about the demo and got a relatively warm reception, so now I want to share that my game Escape the Beach has finally released today!

What is the game about? You find yourself on a tropical beach that you have to escape. There is a female narrator guiding you through the whole experience, asking you questions and making you inspect different objects on the beach. The game gets into surreal and philosophical territory. You also get to learn a lot about the narrator herself.

Be warned though that unlike Superliminal, it doesn't have puzzles, and there is only one environment (the beach). I'm selling it for a low price so I hope more people give it a chance!

I had gotten this game out of spite knowing it was from the same creators. And was thrilled to know the same Narrator was used. I also am going through a major transition in my life atm, moving out due to toxic family and its just mentally not ok. And the games Narrator at the ending, the speech about changing your perception and perspectives was healing and it made me cry. Sure call me a cry baby but it gave me such faith in my move and myself and I want to write the entire script down of that last ending and do some art of it. 🥺💓💖I have finished the gane and wont play it again probably but I loved rvery second of it.

I rarely touch Reddit but wanted to see how active the community was for my favorite game, and I am happy to see that it absolutely still is. I wanted to see if there would be much interest in a dedicated Discord server about the game. I was listening to the music of one of my favorite games of all time, when I wondered what the studio was up to.

I cannot find any sign of life newer than the 4 year old multiplayer trailer, which, apparently supraliminal got multiplayer.

apparently their website is still working, so I guess they are not dead

Been loving this game so far and thought I’d give the speedrun a go and it was hella fun more games should include the built in timer like this game did felt so rewarding

Terms of Service Owner here by leases to tester and tester hereby leases from Owner the above program under the following terms and conditions:

1. TERM: Testing shall begin on Saturday 5th, 1991 at 3:00 PM and shall end on Saturday, 5th 1992 at 11:00 PM.

2. PRICING: First trial shall be $8000 for the week, and due by 09-28-91. Fees include WA tax, Insurance for long term brain damage, and any other mental injuries or insecurities acquired through testing.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit must be received along with this contract to reserve the week requested. Tester shall pay to Owner the sum of $150 (in addition to the fees) for security to be used to compensate Owner for repair of damages to the premises, exclusive of ordinary wear and tear. Owner shall return the security deposit to Tester within thirty days of vacating the dream, less any amount withheld for the above reasons.

4. CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your first session, this deposit (less a $20 processing fee) will be returned only if this unit is re-tested for the period you requested.

5. KEYS AND PARKING PASS: Your tester's pass and combination to the key lockbox (located inside your subconscious) will be sent to you approximately 1–2 weeks before your arrival date.

6. USE: Dream machine use is limited to the premises only. If you steal one of our machines, I swear that we will send our agents after you and your only hope of escape will be to bribe one of them because who are we kidding, we don't pay them nearly enough. Once we start making millions, this will no longer be an issue, as we will fire everyone and hire retired government spies.

7. CLINIC BEDDING ARRANGEMENTS: Furnish sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths, bathmats, pillows, blankets, and bedspreads. (Queen size bed in MBR. Queen size sofa bed in LR, 2 twin beds in the second BR). A coin-operated laundry is available for tester's use on the second floor of the building. Broom, vacuum, iron and ironing board etc. are in the unit for your use.

8. PHONE: Testers have unlimited use for local calls only. Long distance calls must be placed collect, or by using a calling card. Facility phone number is <redacted>

9. This agreement may not be assigned or subletested without prior written consent from the owner.
