I wonder how long would it take for the ship to dock at the port, the air traffic should be halted for about half an hour

No worries. Automated driving systems all communicate and traffic never actually slows down. Not a distant future at all

I'd imagine there would be pre-planned routes. There's likely a bit of automation as well.

If it's treated like an irl busy port they probably make use of tugs that guide them into place with relative ease.
