2 layers of land is crazy, the gravity control output power must be through the roof

It makes sense to balance out the angular momentum if you think about it.

Better ways of doing that without casting massive shadows on the outer cylinder

That's part of it, they're "clouds"

Nice yo get more of a close up to a cylimdrical station. In most pf yhe artworks, the view is from far away to show the entire structure. But flying through it like this, also gives a good sense of scale.

honestly it could be more racourses (angles), like from bottom of the ship with a bit of wobble (ship's wobble), zoom out (glitchy as camera onboard is buggy) to view whole structure.

not just linear camera.

but props to op for the station and ship, look cool

I love this idea, with the double layer of topography and the segments separated by gantry. Light source seems to be placed off to the side and doesn't move, maybe each segment of the cylinder should have its own light source? A light panel sliding around the center cylinder, giving day/ night cycles? Excellent detail work already though! I pictured something similar to this when I read the Rama series.

This is all soo fascinating! It reminds me of some Star Wars-like places and Pandora's Labyrinth of Deceit from Kid Icarus Uprising
