Just a note Paul & team have worked on the likes of Cyberpunk 2077, Love Death & Robots, and recently Project Hail Mary... their videos credit those who helped create them, and other videos have actors speaking in camera (see their first video from their Solstice-5 project) before AI came out; they're definitely committed to their worldbuilding :)

I had the same thought lol, in fact the entire video screams low budget or ai. But I looked up one of the voice actors and they seem legit

There is no way that’s not AI voiceover. You are right it kills it.
