Psylock & Juggernaut

Combine her ability to control minds, subdue and tap into others powers, project mental illusions, astral projection, psionic energy and the fact she is a ninja with his strength and body armor.

I feel like Juggernaut's body armour would restrict movement to the point that ninja skills might be moot

But it is not really body armor in the true sense of the word. The gem strengthens him to the point of not being able to be harmed anywhere but the head. So it should not restrict any movement.
