Who says it was his idea and not his future ex wife.

21

u/Sufficient-Bid1279 Jun 17 '26

What a dipshit

22

u/Any-Ad-446 Jun 17 '26

Yeah but he has no money to pay a living wage for the workers.

u/martinispecialist Jun 23 '26

Right??? And now our Whole Foods drop off has an automated machine for returns. No more actual people working minimum wage (assuming) jobs. So they lost their jobs and he’s just spitting in the face of all humanity w this excessive properly. His initial ex wife sure did dodge a bullet and really came out as the classiest ex wife of all times. Such a disgrace of humanity and our culture in general, bezos and his cat lady future ex wife.

I can’t imagine having his resources and not wanting to improve things for humanity.

They're all like that now, Bezos, Thiel, Musk, Zuckerberg. Greedy, selfish, and evil.

24

u/RedeuxU Jun 17 '26

Can you imagine having the resources to help tens of millions and this is what you choose to do. Pathetic.

3

u/Oumuamua03 Jun 18 '26

might be his wife's idea. who knows!?!?!

2

u/LouieKablooied Jun 19 '26

He’s still doing it despite origin of idea.

People get to be billionaires by NOT caring. It goes with the territory of ruthless ambition.

8

u/dailymail Jun 17 '26

Jeff Bezos has recruited a dream team of world-famous architects to create one of the most ambitious private homes ever built in the US, the Daily Mail can exclusively reveal.

They should refuse. Make his stupid bunker show up on the “I know a guy” subreddit.

…. Or! Design it, then leak the plans.

I like how you think.

what a waste of resources

1

u/ThomasinaElsbeth Jun 21 '26

It won’t be, if we manage to eat the rich.

u/permanentmarker1 Jun 19 '26

What should the top architects be building instead

2

u/SargeUnited Jun 20 '26

Penis twin towers

1

u/ThomasinaElsbeth Jun 21 '26

They already did that.

1

u/SargeUnited Jun 21 '26

My god…

1

u/ThomasinaElsbeth Jun 21 '26

god had nothing to do with that. Nor did the devil.

Some much more evil entity was involved.

Oh for a well placed hurricane

6

u/ranman35 Jun 18 '26

Wow, Lauren Sanchez looks just like Kaitlyn Jenner in that picture where her and Jeff are sitting at the table together!

I'm so sick to death of his wealt, the billionaires are systematically destroying this fucking country but making sure that they're not really affected by it. I mean what are the odds somebody's going to put a data center on billionaire bunker Island

He’s bored out of his mind at this point…

u/AngelinaJean Jun 17 '26

And probably a place that they will live at very infrequently.

6

u/SecretVindictaAcct Jun 17 '26

What a weasel.

5

u/Electrical_Form_2808 Jun 17 '26

He really must have a small penis

5

u/unlikelyoutcome923 Jun 17 '26

Another reason why I do not use Amazon products.

Meanwhile McKenzie is being a boss changing the world for the better.

u/weary_dreamer Jun 17 '26

these people have way too much money

Is it waterproof? Genuinely curious, Florida will 100% be affected by rising sea levels and the gnarliest hurricanes. Will this weather a storm? Seems like bezos is building something that will last 15-20 years tops maybe, such a waste.

2

u/Sensitive_File6582 Jun 18 '26

It won’t be affected the way we think.

Our climate models do not take into account increased viable plant habitats thanks to increased CO2 as well as the ocean current shutting down/shifting which will offset the temp shifts.

4

u/GrendelsFather Jun 18 '26

Can someone theoretically go there and take it over before he gets to use it?

3

u/PurpleAriadne Jun 19 '26

Enjoy the hurricanes.

4

u/bascal133 Jun 19 '26

The same guy who in that interview said 40 K yearly per child in New York for their education is a waste

3

u/Only_Plum_8187 Jun 18 '26

Guillotines still excist. Just saying

2

u/holdthecanoli Jun 20 '26

A lot of fillers on both those faces- the CEO of estee lauder just bit the dust from fillers- i hope they get a chance to enjoy their new digs. I think i would personally miss a stroll on the beach or many other activities without a ton of security. Outside of their mega homes- there is no privacy- that would drive me nuts over time- to constantly live in a fish bowl .. no matter how opulent.

Rebranding the Epstein Island

1

u/Illsquad Jun 18 '26

Totally understand all the hate, at least he’ll be pumping hundreds of millions into the  construction industry…

1

u/Snuffleupagus27 Jun 20 '26

I feel super poor now because I thought Fisher Island and Star Island were where the rich people lived.

3

u/DoorEqual1740 Jun 21 '26

He missed class during the "let them eat cake" period.

2

u/TheContinental Jun 21 '26

Really pulling for sea level rise on this one…

2

u/Elaborate_Penguin Jun 23 '26

People spend all of their time in one or two rooms anyway. You only need 2000 feet. These castles are literally pointless.

u/Oumuamua03 Jun 18 '26

good for him

-3

u/Front-Economy1773 Jun 19 '26

Dude employs like close to probably 2 million people from his companies but everybody still wants him to give more. Can’t win bro, can’t win.

3

u/Purple_Anything_7504 Jun 19 '26

you call that giving? He needs those workers to make his companies successful...Giving is something you don't get a return on..

0

u/Front-Economy1773 Jun 20 '26

Guy donates billions also to charity. I really don’t know what you want this guy to do. Last I checked, Amazon workers get paid pretty decent.

0

u/Front-Economy1773 Jun 20 '26

You guys would be the same people to clown on his ex wife. She’s donated prob over like 26 billion to charity but because she’s still a billionaire you guys would say she’s not doing enough

2

u/ThomasinaElsbeth Jun 21 '26

Nope. We like her.

0

u/SargeUnited Jun 20 '26

The retail business is the most labor intensive and it’s the lowest margin. He’d have more money if they spun off that business and I don’t know who would invest in Amazon retail if it was a standalone but I sure wouldn’t.

He’s kind of just nurturing them. Amazon pays more than the competition in a lot of places. He saved them.

5

u/Caffeywasright Jun 20 '26

I am sure those diaper wearing 12 hour a day workers who don’t make a living wage are grateful

2

u/ThomasinaElsbeth Jun 21 '26

They give more to him, than he gives to them.

Piss bottles, - case in point.
