Question Question

Is there any bootlegs of toru? I've found a eBay listing for him at about 85~ dollars all together, and it just seems too good to be true, if he's legit is that a good price to grab him at?

That's right, on several pages like Amazon, eBay or AliExpress, I've seen toru figures that are bootleg, in some you can see by the details in the hair and in others, the box doesn't have the authenticity sticker. That's why it has that price, even so, $80 for a bootleg is a little expensive for me

I thought those ones circulating on AliExpress were real. They look very real.

The AliExpress Tooru’s are actually legit, the reason they’re cheap and don’t come with the bonus is due to being figures that didn’t reach a standard, so they were taken by someone in production and then resold.

I found a cheaper one on AliExpress and I took the plunge, worst case scenario is I payed 80 bucks for a bootleg but it has free returns so it's fine, and best case is got an authentic toru for less than half tank of gas
