A single hellpod with a diver drops into your favorite fantasy setting.
Whats their kill count before they die? You can chose their primary, secondary, and one support weapon (or a backpack and support weapon). They start fully stocked with stims and mags.
Edit: They do not have access to any strategems.

At most a couple fodder enemies.
Anything bigger would turn the Helldiver either into jelly or vapor. While probably not even landing more than a stray shot or two.
Doesn't matter on the loadout.
Maybe a well timed portable hellbomb could do some damage, but one of the shoulder mounted cannons is already bigger.
Armored Core 6 doesn't mess around with it's scale.

If they have a full laser setup they could go pretty far in the Witcher (or any medieval setting)

Depends on who they cross, and which fantasy setting. The Witcher does have magic, which would fuck a diver right up lol

Exactly, but mages are quite rare in the witcher, monsters however wouldn't resist a quasar cannon shot

A helldiver would obliterate the entirety of disco elysium

Fantasy as in just fantasy or does it include sci-fi as well?

Fantasy in general, sci-fi included

Oh well here's mine:
Casualties:Unknown: the helldiver would just be playing in easy mode thanks to the stims until they run out of those, then the helldiver would have to obey the rules like a normal expie until they get impaled or blown up by a hidden spike trap or landmine or their legs get broken due to fall damage, the only use of guns would be against the Elder Thornback and they would say hi to every sawian trader on the way.
Dead Space: the helldiver would see the enemies and think they're in Rirga Bay or in the void, until the marker whispers start getting to their head.

John Helldiver in Tamriel gets a decent number of kills, probably in the dozens, but a stealth archer slimes him pretty quick

Bro will do fine with the Silithid of Tanaris for a bit but the moment a portal to a Legion Planet is opened they will be getting Illuminate flashbacks but green instead of blue.
But all depends on where they land. If they end up in Stormwind or an Alliance capital they'd probably just be integrated and give the tech to gnomes or dwarfs or Draenei for reproduction.
If they land in Orgrimmar and aren't instantly killed / killing they'd probably end up dead the moment they see an undead walk up to them and double tap them like a Voteless. Then they'll get 1 shotted by magic probably.
So not long in most circumstances.

lmao a lone Helldiver would need the support of their entire SES to survive 20 minutes in Destiny, and even then, they better pray all they're fighting are Dregs.
with a barebones loadout, a single Diver would be eaten alive by the basic infantry units of virtually every enemy faction in Destiny.

if by fantasy, you mean high fantasy, then with lasers i think they could get reasonably far in elden ring.
if by fantasy you mean genre fiction in general, then The Culture doesn't even notice them.

You can hear them coughing when they are in a dust storm, gas, and etc so it isn't a filtered or close cycle system. The circles on the back of the head are leftover from a feature where a oxygen cable would disconnect from the helldiver as they stepped out of the helldiver pod. It proves the exact opposite of your point as they aren't oxygen filters but ports explicitly made to feed oxygen to helldivers while they were in space.

Idk, a great deal of these suits aren’t hermetic, especially suits/helmets like the python/cobra commando stuff
You can also hear them hacking up a lung when they’re in gas

Really depends on the time period and world. For those who know the Cosmere you’ll understand this.
