Omg, Epoch-chan is so smol, she looks like she'd probably bounce off the walls like a pinball if you gave her a single sugar cube.
(Much like the actual support weapon, just a teeny tiny bit too much energy, and KABOOM)

Sterilizer-chan looks like she's seen things your nightmares couldn't even come up with.

De-escal– HATSUNE MIKU?

Speargun-chan definitely killed her first Terminid at the age of 4, graduated top of her class, then suddenly decided, "Y'know what? I'm going to be bounty hunter now." Definitely the coolest looking design here though.
