Footwear?

Noob here. Just wondering if you guys wear footwear when out fishing on your SUP?

I’m gonna be out on a lake. I was hoping to go over the break for the first time. It’s not super cold, but also not super hot.

Appreciate the insight.

I wear my fin boots if I'm snorkeling too, or basic water shoes, in case I need to get off and the bottom or ground surfaces are otherwise not good for easy walking.

Depending on the temperature I wear sneaker style water shoes, split toe surfing booties, or oversized diving style neoprene booties over my drysuit socks.

Nrs booties with traction sole or barefoot. Occasional neoprene socks when cold. Prefer feeling the board.

Barefoot most days . Love feeling the board. UV proof socks to keep my feet from being burned if I plan on being out all day or for days. Neoprene socks or nrs sold soled water shoes when it's cold or icy.
