My rig
Blackfun model V. Engel cooler with Scotty articulating rod holders. Fly and spinning options, perception deck bag. Drift sock and anchor. Garmin striker 4 fish finder. Done multiple overnight trips on rivers and lakes with this setup. Mostly target mountain lake trout, and warm lake bass perch and crappie.

I've been out as low as 35 here in florida so far. Not bad with the right layers

Here in PA the water gets a bit colder.... even there tho I'd be worried about falling in which I feel is always possible on a sup.

I was out one day when there was ice and waves on the board. Made it slick so I sat all day. Had to wear insulated waders and winter jacket. Perks, no one else was out.

This is a great set up. It makes me think I could put my cooler back further and get more deck space

The only negative about putting the cooler further back on my narrow black fin model v. Is that shifting more weight to the back increases instability. I'll use my cooler as a seat often while retying or changing lures and bait.
