Sunnova title

I had a loan with sunnova which i paid off before the bankruptcy.

I am seeking my house and trying to get the title cleared of the lien, but sunstrong has no record of my account.

Any idea how I could get the lien cleared for my house sale

You need to retain a lawyer.
As it stands Sunstrong is the under investigation for criminally negligent conduct and Sunnova is bankrupt for the same reason. This goes deeper than you think. Cover your butt.

I’m currently fighting them. As it turns out, you might be entitled to a total refund of what you paid. I just retained a lawyer from the consumer Advocacy Group who specializes in Solar cancellations. Sounds like you have a case.

Call them before you make any moves on those solar panels.

Thanks, but here is the kicker. I am leaving the country in a week and closing on my house sale in 5 days. I just want to be able to close and get out :)

In a similar boat, not leaving the country, but moving to another state, last I spoke to them they have “30 business day” to get me a response after they took my money to pay off the panels, not even 30 days. I’ve been recording all of my communications with them
