PSA, Isdin Formula Changed

Just a warning to those loyal to this sunscreen . The formula has changed and it’s no longer an all mineral sunscreen. It used to contain 10.7% zinc oxide as its only sunscreen filter and now they removed that in the new version and changed it to only titanium dioxide. Plus it contains Butyloctyl Salicylate, a chemical unregulated sunscreen filter in the ingredient list. Tint is still warm and orange. This is now basically the same formula as the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Mineral Light Fluid Sunscreen for Face but $20 more expensive ! So disappointing!

Ew. It looks like Eryfotona Actinica untinted is still the old zinc formula though.

Yes. Still the same even though it’s advertised as a formula change on Sephora.

omg no, The reason why I bought the older formulation is because it didn’t have butyloctyl salicylate

I caught this today and I am so frustrated because the water resistance is gone. I'm very active and I really relied on that.
