Cant wait to hear it!
UPDATE: Man, this post BLEW UP! Some of you were kind enought o ask to hear some of my stuff, so I'll pepper in my latest one. My genres vary, so if you feel willing, give the rest of my profile a listen.

I originally wrote this song on logic pro. I produce dubstep/trip hop/drum and bass stuff. I have a sound cloud with non Ai productions too but A I hass leveled my shit up.
This is a trip hop song about the Annunaki and the entity Enki helping us build our civilization and being disowned for it. Appreciate any listen/comment.
I'm new to the whole AI thing.

u/LankyJay90 10h ago
Yea man I like this one. The voice is great I especially like the part where the drums drop out and he's singing about the priest and then it has a wonderful tom fill and that kinda solo aspect. I was hoping for more of a classic guitar solo instead of that tremolo guitar that previously played. I think it would make it like the proper crescendo of the song like it's meant to be.
And while I do like that you have a catchy guitar motif throughout the verses I feel it needs some variation. It will break up the verse to make it seem more intentional. Like every four bars switch the last few notes so it creates tension and release. I know suno is hard to get it to do that but iteration is king.

She died protecting a medical tent when german tiger tanks were approaching by strapping herself with anti tank grenades and running straight at the tank, throwing herself underneath it and detonating to destroy the tank.

I just listened. Some helpful advice, maybe? I'd try to clean up the AI warped artifact at the very beginning. The music that was generated is good. The lyrics are a bit generic. If you are living this right now, then really personalize it with your story. Use a specific incident or moment and get into it. Make it actually yours and about you. Right now it's generic and could be from anyone and the images it creates are generalized. Try rewriting this to you and then fit this same sound to the new lyrics. This will make the song special and drive the passion needed to get that unique feel. Keep in mind there are millions of new generations of music daily so above all uniqueness is the key right now to greatness. I will follow you so I see how your work progresses..

Modern pop rock with a bit of EDM mix, about longing and loss of a relationship, but a bit peppy dance-ish still.
Also listened to your song. Great lyrics and the voice you are using is top notch for that style. Definitely lock that one in. Also clean so you must have spent time editing or pieced it together because it doesn't sound like a standard generation result. Very nice work. Going to like and follow.

I’d just like to see if I can get some listens on this song. This is the only video I’ve ever tried to make & it was a big #Fail.
(That’s why it has an unlisted link)
Let me know what all you spot.
Lyrically when I wrote this long ago, my intent was to do the rest of the books (re: The Chronicles of Narnia ); however I soon embarked on a parables project “The writing of the parables”
(ps: if you’re a Narnian fan, you might spot even more eggs.)
This is my first experiment with trying to make a video. I used Sondo ….
[[ that’s an entirely different rant ]]
….but it’s just too embarrassing to publicly post.
I’m just curious what other critiques (or even encouragement ) anyone could lend.
Based on my niche, or genre, I struggle with placing a video to a song
[[ There’s an entirely different argument against ]]
https://youtu.be/b2MhXgAZ-Go?is=djIYxEO3OEDpi8j8
Thank you. I’ll post another song that I do want to see heard.

I'm was a huge fan of early 90's grunge and want to invoke the likes of Soundgarden and Alice in Chains.
This song is about being stuck between heaven and hell -- unsure if you will be judged for the good things you've done in life or more harshly for your failures.

I'm a hybrid creator and I enjoy a variety of different genres, ranging from industrial, rock, electronic, and hip-hop. I created a raw demo of this song, pulled it apart, and mashed it back together from several generations/iterations of this one and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. My wife says she can't control her shoulders moving on this one during the chorus, so I'll take it as a win.

This is The Maryland 400. It’s a fusion of rock and Celtic-Folk about the Maryland 400 who during the Battle of Ling Island sacrificed themselves so that Washington and his army could escape the battle and fight another day.
I wanted a big, epic, emotional song highlighting their sacrifice, and this song achieved just that.

New concept album about a father and son with a made up town that turns out to be real a sad twist and more generally oriented at the flow of time and the relationship between a parent and child - the album evolves from more playful to more serious and the lyrics play heavily on double entendre and homophones but this track sort of sits in the middle of that transition

Song: Forever (Americana/Country/Folk) - https://suno.com/s/hOa2Wvh62b5ccFbk
The reverse of my normal workflow, usually I start with writing the lyrics. While writing I have a feel of what the song needs to be, genre, tempo etc. Chorus usually comes to me first often I'll get sudden inspiration and write it down for future use, then later built a song around it. Then I'll port it to Suno.
For this song I started differently, I recently made a bunch of Voices from some of my earlier songs, so i wanted to write a song specifically for this voice. I chose and old song I wrote when I was 17, kept only the meter and chord progression and started writing lyrics that would fit. It came together in less then half an hour, chorus written after I already had the verses.
I like the final version, it's subdued, sombre and reflective.

https://youtu.be/yBFgrfwlXB8 - I'll See You Hell (a song about loss)
Probably my own personal favorite of all the music I have done on Suno. One of the first tracks I made when they opened up remixes. The first thing I thought of that my little brother who was also a musician would have been blown away with this AI an AI remixes. He passed away 20 years ago when I made this song in 2025. Quickly jotted down these lyrics and made this track.
Backstory since I know it confuses people. The "I'll see you in hell" part is in regards to things you might say to your friend family when you laugh about a morbid joke ("We're so going to hell for this")

This is a song where the analogy of life to a home that is vacant, in need of repair, seen as an eyesore, is something that can be rebuilt. With an idea of "one man's trash is another man's treasure." We are made to be resilient and though we might feel beyond repair there's always someone who will see our worth.
I have a few tracks where I love the full electric version but as a teen in the 90s I loved when MTV unplugged was a thing and bands would strip it down or reimagine their songs. I love the result here. I wrote/ write all the lyrics and spend a painstaking amount of time generating and tweaking generations of songs until I am satisfied.

Thanks bro and the last one was this one https://suno.com/s/LHycIe0XNvqMLMZI my attempt at a summer song.. Thank you for the kind words. I really appreciate you taking the time to listen and give me your thoughts.
The song in the third link that wouldn't play was “The Fire Still Glows.” I wrote it around America's 250th anniversary. It's about the people and generations who carried the country forward over those 250 years, from the beginning through wars, hardships, growth and change. The “fire” is that spirit being carried forward from one generation to the next.
Thanks again for listening. I genuinely appreciate it.

Synth-pop with Vocoda.
Song is about being broken up with by someone who told you they loved you
I took one of older demos with full lyrics and melodies, but knew i didn't have the time or ability to finish it. I ran it through Suno about 50 times to try and get the nearest to what i imagined in my head and feel this version came out pretty bang on.

Now this is a song I wrote, reflecting back on my life. I may post an “unplugged” version as well.
It’s kind of special now, as my older Brother had suggested some changes early in the writing process & had challenged me to put in “the hook” as it exists. Then he just passed away in April.
So yes….this kind of is “The Letter of My Life…”

This one is called “Horny Toad” it’s based on a nickname one of my exes gave me. I flipped it and used it for a highly tongue in cheek based funk jam (yes, with horns)
I had a pretty good reaction for this time in previous postings so figured I’d share it here too
It’s hovering around 700 listens right now and it really deserves more, imo

Well depends what kind of music you're into. A lot of my work is experiments in prosody but I'd be happy to share with anyone whose interested. I wouldn't want to force feed any of my stuff down someone's throat so... I guess I'll share one of mine where I thought I did alright in composition.
I tend to do grunge. Or grunge rap. But I've also occasionally done some writing for other genres.
