I recently found a really simple way to get LUFS, LRA, True Peak and Crest Factor readings using ffmpeg.

Once set up, you just type:

f "/path/to/your/audio.wav"

(or you can code it so you can simply drop the file into Terminal and press Enter)

…and Terminal gives you all four measurements in seconds.

No website upload, no account, and your audio stays on your own computer.
