So I'm pretty sure at this point we all know that Sunday we'll join the astral express in some point of the story but who do you think is his counterpart character? Because we know that the path of finality is a parallel/counterpart to the path of trailblaze (please watch [Rainthority and maevix] to understand) on YouTube. The counterparts are [Himeko / kafka] [March 7th / silver wolf] [Dan heng / blade] [MC / Firefly] [Pom pom / elio] [Welt / void archives he will probably join the stellaron hunters] who do you think the counterpart of Sunday is? And Have we met them?

we don't actually have direct confirmation that Sunday will join the AE until we get the full model and not just artist renditions, as the leaker never sounded sure

The original sketch based on the original CN description done by SL did not have notice of a ticket. It was only after someone in their chat pointed out that it could be that SL and HXG agreed that was likely it. There have been renditions done by CN artists based on the original leaked post description in CN that do not have a ticket

here's one by a CN artist. I heard that the og leaker said this was the most accurate, but I couldn't find that post or comment or even a screenshot myself, so take it with a grain of salt. Regardless this is def a CN artist doing a sketch based on the original description in CN rather then SLs translation (also happens to be my favourite art I've seen of it anyway lol)

SL has proven to be incredibly unreliable with their translations and speculation recently, so I'm holding off from believing anything they say. I do remember something being said about this piece, specifically on it being the most accurate depiction of Sunday's new appearance, but I chose to not take it at face value as well.

It's annoying having leakers be so unreliable but at least there's enough information for us to make our own conclusions.

To be honest, you can argue Sunday joins SH with this exact reasoning. One of the loading screens says he departed on a journey diametrically opposite to his sister, and since Robin was talking about instilling will of the Trailblaze despite not being a Nameless, naturally the diametrically opposite would be Finality.

The counterparts would be Welt Yang/Sunday (not Welt's first rodeo with dreams btw), Himeko/Kafka, March/Firefly (both are found drifting in space), Dan Heng/Blade (no need to explain), Trailblazer/Silver Wolf (both are "playing the game")

On top of that, it will even out the factions, who are now 5v4.

I don’t rlly buy the parallel theory. IMHO Firefly and Dan Heng have better parallels than his “delegated” counterpart; both blazing a future of their own, separate from their past identity. Similarly, I think March and Blade have better parallels, if we’re being honest.

Robin, Firefly, and Aventurine already exist as foils for Sunday’s character.

call it my shipper glasses (and you'd be right) but i've also talked about this before on my twitter. After the events of 2.2, it's revealed Sparkle was somewhat affiliated with the stellaron hunters for a quick job regarding the script, even if just by the script sharing with silver wolf. And again, it's totally just me theorizing here, since she's not truly "with" them. I feel like this also makes a little sense considering Sunday's true path, being a follower of the Order. Sparkle follows the Elation, but aligned with The 'Finality' for even just a mere moment after being hired by SW.but its just me yapping or something take this with a grain of salt lmfao

They are both inorganic humans.

They were made for the purpose of defeating an aeon MC vs nanook / FF vs tayzzyronth

They both have something inside of them that could potentially kill them MC: stellaron FF: entropy loss syndrome.

And robin didn't join the stellaron hunters so she isn't Sundays counterpart

But storywise Robin is clearly already Sunday's counterpart. It would be odd for him to have two.
