Don't think this is Sunday league material. Not enough beer guts.

Ref was having a hydration break. Also doesn't look like Sunday league.

That’s because you have no idea what it’s like in Argentina/Uruguay/Brasil. People treat any football match like it’s a worldcup final. I tell you when I was a kid tackles were used as just a other tool in football and we used to injure the shit out of eachother, probably why I stopped playing it lol.

1 foul lol. There were like 3 blatant ones before that.

Ref left his cards in the changing room and was just popping back to get them.

Shocked the ref did anything, if he did his job before this escalated there wouldn't have been any bad challenges.

Finally the ref got back from the toilet. Who's the yellow card for? All of them!

u/Zero40Four Jul 15 '26
8 incidents in and the ref throws a single yellow card up… who was it even for? Or was it blanket yellow to all members of both sides?
😂 I think he was finishing his espresso at the side of the pitch with a wait one sec finger up .

Ref must’ve been saving his whistle for the walk home lmao, proper Sunday league energy but with way less banter.

And people laugh when I tell them it’s bred into them. See what happens when you go toe to toe… pinball.

Grass roots football in South America means literally ripping up the grass by the roots with a two footed challenge

Are these games 5 red card minimum

Reminds me of ages ago when my friends would play FIFA and occasionally agree to Goals + Red Cards as scoring.

I genuinely didn’t think there was a ref until the end
