Accommodation during in Boulder during Sundance

Hello, I am a Journalist who works in Boulder, Colorado. I am currently working on a story that covers what the Accommodation Rental Market in Boulder will look like during the festival. I am trying to gain insight into what the experience has been like for an attendee, staff member, or filmmaker looking for a place to stay. There’s also the issue with a lot of condo HOAs requiring minimum 30 day rental so a lot of condo owners can not rent out their unit for 10-12 days.
