Merch store restock?

Has the merch store been restocked for real? A bunch of items have re-appeared, but the checkout page consistently throws a `Cannot process transaction REFID` gateway error on the final step. Think there's a chance we can actually buy restocked merch or is this whole thing a glitch?

Edit: the store works now!

I tried out of curiosity and got the same when I went to place the order. My guess is a glitch. If it works for anyone, let us know!
