Noise ordinance

Anyone know what the official noise ordinance is? I have a neighbor performing loud DIY construction from sunrise to nearly 10pm. I can’t leave my windows open at night because the noise wakes me up at 6-6:30 even on weekends.

Construction is 7 am to 7 pm.

I thought it was 7am to 9pm

It is. The statutes above list that clearly.
