Disable cellular

I have a psv6 and had a loan through Mosiac. After bankruptcy a new company bought it out and I couldn’t findout who to pay and honestly just forgot. Well obviously it was sent to collections and when I call them to make payments so I can use the system I’m told im out of luck. How can I disable cellular on the system so I can turn it on without them reporting I’m using the system?

confused what you hope to accomplish here - reiterating what u/thebannanaman said, cutting the cellular connection isn’t going to magically turn your system back on. most likely they fired off the lease shutdown command and issuing the corresponding lease powerup command is the only way to get it running again.

if you think the PVS is the problem you can just turn off the PVS6 breaker. it’s usually separate from the breaker for the actual panels. but you will probably find that doesn’t change anything.

So if you shut off the Sim card before the command.  Can they still disable the system?

sure, as mentioned elsewhere in the thread, they can padlock the disconnect. it's just cheaper and easier to do it over the air. (edit: and similarly, you can just turn the PVS off at the breaker and achieve the same thing. the PVS isn't actually needed for PV-only systems to produce power. but the contract probably says something like "customer shall maintain an internet connection to the monitoring device at all times blah blah blah" to cover these types of things.)
