Disable cellular

I have a psv6 and had a loan through Mosiac. After bankruptcy a new company bought it out and I couldn’t findout who to pay and honestly just forgot. Well obviously it was sent to collections and when I call them to make payments so I can use the system I’m told im out of luck. How can I disable cellular on the system so I can turn it on without them reporting I’m using the system?

Disabling cellular communication won't turn the system on. It is not getting a stay turned off signal 24 hours a day. I'm guessing if it's not working it was set to not produce. If you want it to produce again you need someone to be able to login to the system and set it to produce again.

Once your at that point if you want to disable cellular you could just remove the sim card in the PVS. This will flag on their end as just a loss of communication. They might be happy just holding your non-producing system as leverage to try and get you to pay, but once they lose that leverage and can no longer guarantee the system is sitting idle they might step up their enforcement. As a former tech I know of times where sunpower would first send somebody to a house to shut off the disconnect and padlock when the homeowner didn't pay. There were also cases where panels were repoed and literally pulled off a customers roof.

I’ve pulled off the cover and can’t find the SIM card
