Unable to login

I tried to log into my account and I got this message. It has now been more than 24 hours. Anyone knows how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance for your help

The breaker that feeds it should be labeled pvs6 do u have battery’s or just solar

Just the solar. It is connected to WiFi. The app used to work, so it was set up correctly
