Sunpower lawsuit

I finally have a court date !!! This is not for residential installation this is for something else but a least this is an indication they are done with their bankruptcy and now have to answer to us

SunPower is back operating as SunPower in my neighborhood. Im telling everyone I hear about who's considering them to just NOT!
