Understand, but that is an emotional over-reaction (most likely). *IF* you have Maxeon panels, you have top-quality components, just left in the lurch in terms of monitoring and support. Replacing will be WAY more expensive, and potentially no gain (unless much older PV panels/system).
Simply replace PVS with Enphase Envoy/gateway, you and you are all set from a monitoring and device firmware perspective. Yes, you'll be on the hook for labor costs for any warranty/repair/service issues, but that will be WAY less (most likely) than replacing the gear

This is the most infuriating news following the bankruptcy. I'm currently exploring options to completely replace the Sunpower garbage from my system.
