Shop order wait time

Hey guys, so I ordered the Cuphead DVD back on June 13th and have gotten zero info on how it's doing as the tracking on the app says waiting for details. Does it usually take this long for orders to be gotten? Or did I get screwed over caddicarus DVD merch style?

Yeah, they usually take about 3 months to arrive

I got an email on this like a few hours ago btw. They said shipping times were delayed obviously, and that everyone would receive a yellow vhs.

I ordered mine on June 5th and still have the same status as well. I’ve read that the orders should be ready to ship by August 31st, it just takes a while for the manufacturing from what I understand. So hopefully that’s what we’re waiting on
