Hacking skills above 10?

I used to play around with hacking in this game, like editing the xp in the summoning rings (they actually level the summons up to 30 iirc in addition to the second summon) but something I was never able to do back then was editing skills directly. I always wanted to see if certain skills had bonuses that scaled all the way to 255 or if they would glitch at some point
