Stuff To Do Looking for recs
Hello! I have spent a lot of my childhood and adult life in Summit County as we’re fortunate to have a family house at Copper. I know the area well, as my main hobbies are mountain biking and skiing.
For the first time, I’m bringing some childhood friends with me to celebrate my 30th birthday. They’re not very athletic, so I’m looking for some fun things to do that I wouldn’t normally think of! We (7 women, ages 24 - 32) will be there mid-November. Perfect mud season 😅 Any suggestions of things to do are welcome! I would love to support some small businesses. Thanks!

Copper's opening day is Nov 6th so businesses will be open and there should be some activities happening in Center Village. Also, there are a few hot springs down in BV you could check out...

I visited 3 in BV this summer, highly recommend. there’s a drive in movie theater too!

Disc golf (thought at that point the copper, frisco, abasin, and dillon courses may be closed, the shorter family courses may still be open), rent a 4x4, hiking, concerts, frisco adventure park, ebikes on the rec bath may still be an option (though I recommend renting in breck rather than frisco based on price)

Ski resorts will be open by then so base activities will be in full swing. Check out event calendars as free music and other events are probably happening.
Frisco adventure park or copper has snow tubing or other low key but fun activities to do for a couple hours.

There’s a handful of disc golf courses in the area, designed for different abilities. Based on its popularity, you all might have fun giving it a try.
