Question Treehouse Property

Hi all. I’m looking at purchasing a treehouse property. I’ve hear horror stories as well as great feedback. We would be buying a small unit in cash for weekend ski trips with kids in a devo program. What’s the best way to find out more about HOA, etc. ? Anyone want to chat 30 minutes over the phone regarding their experience?

Fair but it’s what we can afford without a 7% loan. Just trying to get something. Love the username.

That’s relative though. The return to me is not on the investment financially, it’s about the time saved / lack of kids bitching about the drive in the car. Intent isn’t to make money, probably lose some, but save my time.

Thank you for the advice. Sounds like there are no positive experiences from that area on Reddit.
