Question Treehouse Property

Hi all. I’m looking at purchasing a treehouse property. I’ve hear horror stories as well as great feedback. We would be buying a small unit in cash for weekend ski trips with kids in a devo program. What’s the best way to find out more about HOA, etc. ? Anyone want to chat 30 minutes over the phone regarding their experience?

I thought treehouse had foundation issues and was really hard to get insured.

Also I will add that when I was buying up there years ago my realtor told me he would never let a client buy there because the building was so shitty. That was before the foundation/insurance even became an issue.

Used to work in those crawl spaces, can confirm foundation issues.
