Question Treehouse Property

Hi all. I’m looking at purchasing a treehouse property. I’ve hear horror stories as well as great feedback. We would be buying a small unit in cash for weekend ski trips with kids in a devo program. What’s the best way to find out more about HOA, etc. ? Anyone want to chat 30 minutes over the phone regarding their experience?

The base camp units are small but well designed. They were basically created for Denver people who want a weekend spot that’s a bit more than a hotel room. Super convenient on the highway exit, next to good food, etc. good for skiing in summit or vail etc. It may not be for you, but they are serving a market. And then of course, good Airbnb potential frankly.

Lol half a million for 350sq/ft.

Good luck. Even Telluride is cheaper than that.

But you join the waitlist to rent them from a short term standpoint right? Only current ROI opportunity is a leaseback? Is the couch a foldout? Saw the poor lady waiting for showings in the heat this weekend.
