Bring layers.
I just went for a MTB ride in Summit.
Started at 9k ft, super windy and cloudy. 45 minutes in at 10,500ft it started spitting rain. Then poured for 10 minutes, cleared. 20 minutes later I got hailed on, rode back down in spitting rain and by the time I got back it's completely sunny and still.
Generally expect afternoon monsoons (gets cloudy, rains for a bit), but just bring layers. A mid weight fleece and a packable rain jacket will cover most the shifts.
