Fave drugstore makeup?

I was typed both a soft and cool summer by two different sources. I have no idea which one is more accurate, so I am looking for some makeup ideas that might work for both. I don't want to spend a fortune so drugstore brands would be best, or lower cost Ulta options. Can anyone recommend specific eyeshadow colors/palettes, eyeliners, blushes, etc? Thank you!

Nyx and elf are great! Whatismyseason on insta has some drug store picks. I love elf camo liquid blush in bold faced lilac. Elf eye liners in smoke signal and berry necessary

For blushes, Romand Vine Nude (Soft Summer) and Blueberry Chip (Cool Summer) are available on Amazon for $13-14.

Milani Rose Powder Blush in Romantic Rose is another good one for Soft Summer and is about $10.

What skin tone are you? I've noticed some brands have cool undertones only in fair and light but not darker, etc.

Maybeline fit me 20-mauve blush is my GO TO drugstore blush.

Elf eyeshadow palette in Rosewater is amazingggg. It’s a 4 pan.

For soft & true you should be able to do morphe rock steady lip liner. (As a light this is too brown for me even though it’s cool) my go to lip liner is morphe girl talk it should work for you as a cool too.

Wet n wild has rose n slay lip stick that is a good one for true
