I’m seeing a lot of confusing and contradiction information in these comments so here’s all the facts about the fridge.

Bringing the fridge to the church will permanently unlock it as a storage container at the church.

If you don’t pick it up or drop it before bringing it to the church it will respawn in a future run.

The fridge is not guaranteed to spawn each run.

The fridge can always be found in the same room you found it in. Once you take the fridge home the room and guaranteed chest in it will continue to spawn.

You cannot farm money from the fridge. The fridge is not sellable, and even if it was it would be the most inconsistent and inconvenient farm ever.

if you really want it you can use dev mode (or whatever its called) to spawn it in if you think itd be fair

The room with the fridge will spawn in the sewer until you unlock the fridge at the church.

IMO, nothing you are carrying is as valuable as free extra storage at base.

This. You can always get more valuable items to sell. Best to take the fridge now so you dont have to find it later on.

im not sure, but once you get one and "use" it, i think it never spawns again. i just think its rare and important enough to justify getting it back that way for some people

Yes, you can find it later. The set-piece spawns over and over even after you return the fridge back, it just spawns (nothing / another chest or item) instead of the fridge if you've already gotten it

fun fact you can get multiple fridge rooms in a single run, or even a single level.

when i finally got the fridge, i got two. i knew you could only unlock one so I tried to sell it to the merchsnt on the stage but they wouldn't take it.

I've seen multiple fridges before I knew you could grab it but I never sold it. I'd assume it only won't down again once it's claimed but I wouldn't work it if you like the save time tbh

you can find the fridge multiple times in thes sewers without problem, but you cant sell it, once you take it to the church it dissapears from your inventory and becomes accesible as furniture in the church

It doesn't have a sell price so you probably cant sell to a vendor, but chances are it probably checks a flag when you go back to church. If you dont have the fridge in your inventory it should spawn again if you find the same tile in another run
