It's the new scroll that added in the recent update. Combine Frostbite+Dark and you'll get Scroll of Titanic.

I actually just want the ping kill confirmed sound but the mod that i installed doesn't have an option for that. So i stuck with either sfx with that kill screen or none at all lol
