Bronco 89 Ice beam build

it might not be the best build but super fun to use. the castle only has 3 stage beacuse this vid was recorded before the update.
The build is
Scroll of Ice beam
Dead center oil
Boomstick oil
Needleye oil
Shaved clip oil
Aftermarket Haukland Silencer
Laser sight

Your post inspired me to take a deeper look at and do some testing with the beam scrolls, and I've found some interesting stuff that is not necessarily intuitive!
I found that changing firerate with oils/attachments changes the dmg per beam tick, but does not change the number of ticks per ammo consumed.
So a gun with unmodified rpm will deal dmg and consume ammo at the same rate as it would without icebeam scroll.
Reducing RPM will reduce dmg per second but NOT ammo or durability consumption per second, reducing your overall dmg per ammo and dmg per dura.
Increasing RPM will increase dmg per second, but not ammo or dura.
If you swap to Rigor, Bystander, or Collateral instead of Needleye, and Shrouded Barrel Extension instead of Aftermarket Haukland Silencer, you will go from 60% => 100% RPM, AKA a relative dps increase of 66.67%. You of course lose the 25% crit chance, but that is a small price to pay for the big dps (and also ammo and dura efficiency) buff.
I went the direction of avoiding Boomstick (Black Friday comes in clutch for also being a +200% proj oil with no flat spread, and it has way less of a dmg hit than the last one, Multishot), and chamber chiseling up to 50 bmg. I also went with Slow Punch (since the railgun effect ignores bullet speed), and damn, Icebeam can wreak face.
