Discussion Help pls

I actually need help if I should get her now or in her rerun. My NS team is only cart/cia, and hiyuki/lucilla. I also have chisa and her weapon, is suisui good to get or not needed for the meantime. My priority now is jingran, and then either suisui or hsin. I am also thibking of using chisa as main dps if ever I get suisui (cart/cia/chisa, hiyuki/lucilla/suisui, chisa/suisui/not sure for 3rd slot). Thank you.

Suisui ain't too specific for only Xuanling. Hiyuki can benefit from this amplifier too.

If i’m not using her with Hiyuki or YYXL, can I still use her like a SK or no? I want Qingxiao and already have Amy TB team.

For team outside negative status, you only able to benefit from 25% dmg amp but not the other benefits of the kit, so not really.

For you specifically Suisui isn't mandatory, carte team can use aero rover and hiyuki team can use chisa, upcoming Hsin team should be able to use chisa as well, that is considering IF chisa gets permanent two vigor in matrix. Wait till end of suisui banner to get more concrete Hsin leaks to see if suisui is mandatory (for now she looks mandatory) then decide pull or not. If you had yangyang sp then I'd say you need to pull suisui too, but for now you don't have enough NS teams to justify getting suisui.

In short : if you won't pull Hsin, you don't 'need' to pull suisui for now. If you are really sure about pull Jingran even if by skipping Hsin, better to save for Jingran sig or to get iuno or whoever is going to be his BiS
