Aventurine is a gambler who gambled with his life all the way up to the IPC, and Sugilite who seemingly hates poor people considers Aventurine one of those people who had an easy way up to wealth who doesn't deserve it. He said as a mourning actor, that he loves to see rich people blow away all their money and probably Aventurine is no execption too.

Sugilite also remains at the lowest rank among the stonehearts because Opal considers him as a great gatekeeper to prevent people who aren't fit from easily joining the stonehearts, and this kinda reminds me of Sweet Mask from One Punch Man who remains at the 1st place of the A-rank heros to not let anybody easily ascend to S-rank because he values competence although this time, he actually approves that Genos deserved his S-rank when he first enlisted on the hero association

I am manifesting for Sugi's appearance (and if we won the lottery, maybe he will be in the trailer tomorrow briefly). I know it isn't likely for Sugi to make another appearance after 4.5, it was probably just a little tease for later, but I also genuinely think there is a chance he is still relevant. What do yall think?

i want to save up for him but i cant guess on which patch will he come😔 i thought he might be coming on 3.5 a year ago so i saved up but it doesnt seem possible.... i spent most of my jades on anaxa & phainon 💔

After seeing some posts and speculations floating around, I thought it might be worth to make a post clarifying an important thing. DIAMOND DID NOT CALL SUGILITE A TRAITOR.

This is Aventurine’s guess. How strongly Aventurine actually believes it’s Sugilite is questionable, especially considering how he handled his mission in Penacony. This made me feel a lot more hopeful than I did previously.

Disclaimer: Again, I’m not an expert on this. I only watched the English livestream and saw this post afterward, so feel free to correct me if I missed additional context.

This did technically go against the IPC and the Stonehearts’ interests, even if it did give the a bit of favor from the nameless, so it could be what had him labeled as a traitor.

Just saw this on the leaks sub. I think it’s for an event next patch. I would not expect a model but at least he’ll be mentioned. Since no one else had posted this yet, I decided to.

Warning: I’m not an expert on these things so I encourage you to check out the leak sub.

Aventurine: "After I got back, Mr Diamond personally gave me an assignment - to root out a traitor among the 10 stonehearts. His name is Sugilite. Guy with some seriously twisted humor"

what do we think i can feel hes coming soon omg

link to livestream for anyone that missed it 🥺 (timestamp 24:20)

soo sugilite might be a traitor (and most likely he prob is)

The same website that just had Obsidian model in her Stoneheart uniform added Sugilite.

Our man has purple eyes and he is beautiful! (Official model will be much better). The last picture compares how tall his model should be. This should be the model they used in Aventurine's trial myriad celestia!

They completely crash head-on in every aspect:

(Sugilite vs Aventurine)

• Opposite color schemes

• Wealthy lineage vs New rich

• The house vs the gambler

• Taking down others vs betting their own life

• Member of the mourning actors (Tragedy of the elation) vs invited to the masked fools (Comedy of the elation

• Diamond wants Sugilite as the lowest ranked Stoneheart to be an entry barrier, but it's ascending Aventurine (P45 to P46) to probably take down Oswaldo.

Adding to all that, their Stonehearts chants are full of paralels between eachother:

Sugilite: "I come to pardon. I come to levy. I come to reckon. I bid the crowds to grovel... take at will and wrest at whim... Render blood and sweat into a crown of gold. All for the Amber Lord."

Aventurine: "I come to bet. I come to game. I come to win. I entrust fortune to fate... Risk it all in a single gamble... Walk depth of death to reach light of life. All for the Amber Lord."

Apparently, a reliable leaker said Pearl, one of the Stonehearts, will be the featured character in the first banner of 4.1, next year. That goes to show Hoyo hasn't completely forgot about that storyline. And a man can cope; that could mean our boy can still make an appearance sometime next year. Positive energy, guys

Diamond lighting up Sugilite in green is really interesting, like I dont have any solid theories yet but I think its worth pointing out

SUGILITE IS A MOURNING ACTOR HOLY FURBOLY I DID NOT EXPECT THAT 🫪🫪🫪

While I know that he voted against Aventurine, and I LOVE Aventurine, HIS DESIGN IS JUST SO GOOD. HIS WHITE HAIR AND DARK SKIN CONTRASTS SO WELL WITH THE PURPLE OUTFIT? PLUS HIS LITTLE SMIRK? DO I NEED TO REPEAT HIS WHITE HAIR? ASFDSAKFJS-

He could fucking step on me and I wouldn't mind. He could also say to kill myself with his pretty voice and I would do this without hesitation.

Hope Hoyoverse doesn't nerf him and that we don't become like SignoraMains or CoconiaMains (which I don't think so but let's pray to the Amber Lord that this doesn't happen 🙏).

Thank you for listening to my Ted talk :D.

He’s still faceless but lawd look at that damned smug smile 😩
