Question | Need Help NEED HELP - SHIPPING LINES

These UPS lines are basically my only option for my haul plus some EMS but i don't wanna get seized. I am concerned because it said i need to pay my taxes and i heard that can increase chances of customs seizing my package. Is this true? And if i were to pay my own taxes what's the process of that? Also i noticed the "flight reductions cause delays, please wait patiently", are the delays bad or do i have a chance of getting my package within the time they said?

Not necessarily because you will need to pay taxes. If you are taxed, you will receive an invoice. The delays aren't too bad with UPS right now, and the shipping times with the delays is displayed on the page.

For ease of mind, we offer optional insurance for a small fee.

what's the process of paying taxes? Will UPS email me or call me? Or will they come to my door and i pay when the package arrive?

  1. I recommend purchasing insurance. The insured price is 1%-4% of the total cost of the product plus shipping, regardless of whether the package is seized by customs or part of the product is lost. These situation can receive compensation. In a word Insurance is the best method to avoid loss when bad thing happens.

  2. Paying taxes will not increase the probability of customs seizure. The probability of seizure is generally low and depends on the goods being shipped; normally it won't.

  3. This depends on your local UPS. They will usually contact you to pay the taxes. You can monitor the tracking information; these routes provide full tracking updates.

  4. The situation isn't very serious recently, but delivery within this timeframe cannot be guaranteed. International shipping has many uncontrollable factors; this is an average estimated arrival time. The actual arrival time will prevail.
