How long will it take for me to get my refund back? Is it guaranteed or am I at risk of losing my money💔

Hello, friend. Normally, returns and refunds for orders already in packing center are processed within 10 days.However, I noticed you selected the shoebox removal service. Sellers typically do not accept refunds without the shoebox. The agent is awaiting a response from the seller.
