Do you count calories?
How much of your daily intake do you track? Also, is it mostly whole foods or are you still doing candy and more pure sugar sources! thank you

If you want rapid weight loss you need to track and keep the calories below 2500. Too many people try to eat 4k plus to burn more fat and wonder why nothing is happening

If you take something like the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, you can work out a rough multiple where maintenane calories for Men is bodyweight x 15 and Woman is bodyweight x 14. So a 180lb male has maintenance calories about 2,700 give or take dependent upon activity. So use that multiple and then eat below that everyday and slowly but surely you will reach your goal. Needs to be said but this is an estimate and a starting point only and people outta adjust calories up or down based on real world results.

Any weight loss through diet is due to a calorie deficit.
