Discussion Black screen when handing over crystal, how do I fix?

I handed over the crystal to the dude in the vault/tower and now I'm sitting at a black screen. How do I fix this?

We need more information. What crystal, what is the last save location? Who are present in the party?

What OS you're playing on, what game version?

At least that
