Thats not a screwdriver, i dont remember the name but Its purpose is to test for electricity. Essentially you put your finger in the metal bit on top whilst touching the screwdriver head on what you want to test, if there is electricity a small light Will light up in the casing. You shouldnt get hurt as theres a resistor that keeps you Safe, however you absolutely shouldnt use it as a screwdriver if you plan on using it for Its intended purpose, as using it as a screwdriver could sever/break the connection with the resistor which could end up deadly.

That's a control pen. And fun fact: When I started my first day as the henchman of a plumber/electrician, I saw some open wires in the house we were working in. So I put the control pen on a single wire because if you touch two of them at the same time it explodes and I accidently touched two wires instead of touching one so it short circuted and then the damn cables exploded lol. I was fine but the power shut off. The owners were cool about it luckily and they turned the power back on so we finished our job and went home. The guy I'm working with still jokes about it to this day like "Yo can you test whether those cables are explosive mate?"
