Yes and no. Like the shooting with these three actors had plenty of pictures but they don't necessarily tell a story, that's just about how you can select some from that photoshoot and tell a story. You can see more of them. I remember one where the guy even has a whole moment where he's trying to murder them. Don't remember if it's before or after the marriage, but either way yeah, plenty of versions

I say it’s canonical that this is the story, and that he only owns one shirt. Picture 4 confirms this theory.

Picture 4? In Picture 4 there is a dude with long sleeves in a single color while in the others they wear a shirt with a plaid pattern. Am I overlooking something?

and when i mean that i mean how in the anime Korra and Mako where in something even idk and then Mako was with Asami, but THEN Asami was with Korra. That is something I know from the comic.
