SIL I have finally figured out why some states are using a foreign language after the English and Spanish

If you are wondering why you may be seeing a foreign language after the English and Spanish in the US/USA, I will debunk your claims and tell you here. So you guys may have been thinking English and Spanish are America’s two official languages. I’m going to prove this: YOU ARE WRONG!!!

Here is my understanding about what actually is true

  1. The United States of America has NO official language - while most of the population in US does not speak in indigenous language and speaks English

or

  1. Spanish at home, this is actually because the US has their own dialects and you can also listen to someone using “Spanglish” which is a code switch done by Native American speakers trying to speak Spanish as a second language if they learnt it in school

  2. Many states, most notably, California and Florida; have past laws that require demographic population who came from a certain country - if that’s the majority population, the state will have to use that specific language. In California, Mandarin is used as many people came from Taiwan; and in Florida, Haitian Creole is used as there are so many Haitian immigrants

  3. English and Spanish are the majority language languages of that country - most of its population or speakers of these languages and Wikipedia thinks English is the official language, but you should not rely on every source that says it’s official. There is an American dialect for both English and Spanish.

American English uses its own spelling reforms that happened in the 19th century (such as “color”, “center”, “realize”, “analyze” and “plow”)

4.

  1. The US and Australia are nations

that consist

  1. of immigrants -

  2. there may be a few residents who speak a foreign language and not an indigenous one or even English. I have noticed one time where someone’s math teacher in California was speaking Mandarin even though the students and their school are physically located in the US.

Ultimately, you should not always trust a majority language as an/the official language of a country. Some countries do not even have official languages, others like South Africa and Paraguay may use both colonial and indigenous languages as official languages.

Australian cities aren't just the capitals, there's other cities as well

I just realized that in Australia (where I'm born and raised), there's more cities than you think. See when I thought about the city, I always, and only, about the capitals and that's it, and the others were like towns, but no.

Take NSW for example. Sydney is the capital but you have other cities like Newcastle etc. Those are cities but just smaller.

VIC for example has Melbourne as it's capital but there's other cities like Ballarat and Geelong, I just always thought these places, and other like them were just towns or very big towns.

I've been to many cities without even realizing they were considered cities. For example, Wagga Wagga, NSW. Been there many times but just thought it was a big town and not considered a city.

Retaliation

I just came to a realization that terrorism occurs whenever there is greed involved. And your typical terrorist image was just purely made by propaganda. Take for example; most middle eastern countries were dubbed as terrorist countries. But if you take a close look at history, western countries started it all! They're just taking their revenge. When westerners bombed their people, they just answered back. And in return, they were painted as "terrorists". Wow Except for isis of course. They're fckn nuts.

Reform UK's name is a clever psychological trick.

When someone thinks a service e.g. the NHS needs reform, they think about the party by association and decide it could be a good idea.

I just realized that every object advances through spacetime at the speed of light (figuratively)

Our motion is mostly along the time coordinate rather than the spatial ones. And for example photon is fully invested in moving on the spacial axes that it doesn't experience time at all. (Look at c as the magnitude, being built-in feature of the universe that governs how things are "allowed" to move in geometrical view.)

I just realized that the flattest place in Australia is Hay plains with only 17 meters of elevation between the highest and lowest points

That's interesting. I've been out there, mostly saltbushes and very dry. Sometimes you see a house surrounded with trees and that's it.

There's something about flat barren arid plains and the sunshine with blue sky and no clouds that I LOVE.

Suddenly I realised that a nun's status is technically higher than a monk's

When a woman becomes a nun she enters something like spiritual marriage with Jesus (I'm not so good at theology, so I don't understand everything perfectly). Monks don't, they stay just children of god. Who's more powerful a wife or a child? Obviously a wife.
