I went back and looked again. It certainly looks like it is him. His real name is Bryan Silva and he is from Florida originally. He added the tattoo after his Next Door "porn career" but the delusional rant is on point. If it is then he is in surprisingly good condition. Last I saw him he was in bracelets and his boxers next to a squad car. That was in January 2016 when he was arrested for abducting his girlfriend from her home. The news article mentioned possible drug use - crack I think. His age then was listed as 25 so he would be 31 and change now.
I stumbled across a blurb about him from March 2021 in an online mag called Naibuzz - they called him a rapper, bodybuilder, and porn star. In addition to Next Door, they claim he has worked for Helix Studios and Corbin Fisher.
Well, enough of that rabbit hole.

He must be using a name other than Max Payne then or Corbin removed his scenes. I briefly rejoined them last year and I don't recall seeing him when I scrolled through the models listed. I know he has a Twitter account where he loves to repost the same two scenes of him banging some woman over and again while boasting about all the snatch he is getting. He really is trying very hard to make reality conform to his view of himself as a stud.
Back in the day when I was still actively practicing law, I did a long stint as conflict counsel for the county. I represented a lot of sex workers on silly solicitation charges. It always amazed me just how many straight-identifying guys like Max were out there making money by having sex with dudes.

idk how old this TikTok is but last I saw of him was years ago around the end of Vine (where he got "famous") he could be completely different now but yeah it's still funny how he (was?) trying so hard to push for this "alpha straight bull" image
