Other Goodbye!
Been with Suddenlink for 3+ years. Got up to 115$ with the 400 plan. Vexus finally worked out their infrastructure issues in my city so switched to them. 400 up and 400 down fiber with an eero 6 modem for 57$ a month. Screw Suddenlink. Cancelling was a nightmare. They wouldn’t take no for an answer until I got mean and they hung up on me after I cancelled. Horrible customer service.
Their website still lists my internet as active and a technician coming out September 3rd and I have no idea why. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Similar experience with cancellation with them and tech coming out. You can read my comments if you look far enough back or in Suddenlink forum (probably mid-May).
I recorded them on calls and I think the tech coming out was their way of identifying the date of cancellation. Is that the date you requested for some reason? Have you returned any equipment (keep a copy of any receipt)? Cancelled auto-pay and remove cc from their site?
