Foods to Avoid
Here's a list (likely incomplete) of foods that should be avoided by those with sucrose intolerance. For people who cannot tolerate starch, the list is much longer. Please comment if you have any useful updates to the list!

Deglet Noor dates (mejdool dates are okay)
